One thing I learned over the course of these past couple of days…
Interviews over the phone are easier said than done. Especially since you have to keep in mind that they’re done on their (EASTERN) time! Working around my schedule to accomodate that was challenging.. but we’ll see how it goes. I just feel that they can’t get the full package since they’re not able to see my personality, but I’m hoping it works out at the end :D
